Because Xpert Design & Construction is fully owned by LDG Development, they are involved in every development from start to finish. From reviewing sites that are being considered for new communities, to overseeing every aspect of the construction process, they are involved from groundbreaking to ribbon cutting…when residents are officially welcomed home. This approach helps to prevent many of the roadblocks that can cause a project to be delayed and ensures that city officials and community leaders can maintain a single point of contact from start to finish.

Harald N. Heer graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science. Harald is a highly motivated leader with 20+ years of substantial experience managing all levels of both small and large-scale construction projects. He owes a lot of his tremendous success to his unique opportunity to learn development, construction, and property management from some of the most seasoned and knowledgeable individuals in the business. As a direct result of this, Harald has developed a very diverse and robust network, as well as a strong and prosperous team.
